Placing an order was easy, but it never arrived. When i contacted them, i got an immidiate reaction where they asked me to wait 2 more weeks, because as they said, it is usually difficult to trace an order.
After 2 weeks i contacted them again, and they asked me to wait again for a week, with the same exuce. And again.. Also, they would not give me any concrete details about my order, so i think they never tried to trace it. When i asked for a refund, i've never heard from they again. I have no hopes that they would do a refund, so i contacted my credit card company. I actually think that they never even sent it just hoping that the client would not bother to claim the money back. My advise: DO NOT USE STRAWBERRYNET if you don't want to end up with no produdt and no money!!
